Additional Information about Your Stay

Check in and Check out:

We do not have formal times for arrivals and departures as we encourage our visitors to stay as long as they are able and enjoy what Hidden Valley has to offer.

However, you are welcome to check in prior to 2 pm by arrangement - just let us know when we can expect you!

On your checkout day, if another guest or family has reserved your room we would simply ask you to vacate your room by 11am to assist with cleaning & preparations.

You are welcome to continue to enjoy the farm activities for as long as you wish.

 Meals:

We are able to provide full meals to you during your stay, including Morning and Afternoon Tea.

For your main meals, please indicate when reserving your stay which meals you would like us to provide so we may plan ahead for your stay. You may change your included meals at anytime up to 7 days prior to your arrival.

All meals are home cooked, healthy & hearty using fresh local produce.

As all meals are cooked for the orders we have received, we reserve the right to charge you for any pre-booked meals you `miss' or decide not to take.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy:

To confirm your reservation, an initial deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking. Until received your reservation will be marked as pending and may be rebooked by another guest.

Our online reservation system provides instant access to availability and allows you to pay your deposit quickly and securely whilst reserving you stay.

Final payment should be received no later than 7 days prior to your arrival - if you book your stay within the next 7 days we would require full payment upon confirmation.

To avoid unforeseen circumstances we recommend travel insurance.  Cancellation must be made in writing, with a reply from us to confirm receipt of cancellation.

Whilst we understand unexpected things can happen, the following cancellation fees may apply:

* Cancellations between 14 days and 7 days incur a 30% fee.
* Cancellations within 7 days incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Please Note: Should cancellation be due to bad weather the above policy stands, natural weather occurrences are beyond our control, we highly recommend travel insurance.

Guest Kitchenette

This area is provided for the convenience & enjoyment of our Motel Style & Camping guests who wish to self cater all our part of their meals while staying with us at Hidden Valley.

You will find a pantry for storing groceries, a small fridge, double sink & table space to prepare food.

We offer in the way a kettle, toaster, microwave, sandwich toaster, small oven grill & small electric grill as well as kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery & glass ware.

If you require something else, just ask and we will be happy to provide this if we can.

Use of the Camp Kitchen is complimentary during your stay, we simply ask that you clean up as you go and leave the area suitable for the next persons use.
